  3. I got the recipe! It's a bit different to the one you sent me. And yes, the fish is caught in the morning and Peruvians only eat ceviche until 3-4pm and after that they think the fish isn't as fresh as it should be. I got you a simple Peruvian cookbook too, for more elaborate dishes you can make me when I come to visit ;-)
